6.1 Courses Accessed via Udemy

• All courses purchased through the Udemy platform are subject to Udemy’s refund policy, which generally allows eligible learners to request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

• Refund eligibility, processing, and timing are governed entirely by Udemy’s policies, including the method of refund (original payment or Udemy credits).

• The Digital Holistic Therapist does not control or process Udemy course refunds. Learners must submit refund requests directly via Udemy’s Purchase History page.

6.2 Direct Purchases of Digital Items (e.g., Certificates of Completion)

• Digital items purchased directly from The Digital Holistic Therapist, including Certificates of Completion, are subject to UK consumer law, providing a 14-day cooling-off period for cancellations unless you expressly consent to immediate delivery.

• Refunds for direct digital purchases will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your cancellation request, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

• By purchasing digital items directly, you acknowledge that the cooling-off period may be waived if you consent to immediate access, in line with UK law.

6.3 PayPal Purchases

• Purchases via PayPal will be refunded through the PayPal system. You accept responsibility for any PayPal transaction fees or charges associated with the refund.

• Refunds will use the same PayPal account used for the original payment unless otherwise agreed.
