In this post people may find some of the things uncomfortable to read or dislike the words used. Personal responsibility for ones own emotions and expressions is a sign of individual maturity. There are still many people who are suffering from being misled, through manipulation and deception.
The UK Government used a military grade psyops to create fear, coerce, compel and force people to act outside of what they would have normally. Being ordered by people that I had never met, politicians, had me remember what my mother taught me as a child; never talk to strangers. Nothing more strange than politicians!

The Collective Toxic Trauma also includes various emotional/psychological states all designed to create psychological distress, brain wash and control. Covert and overt strategies cause:
Chaos, disorganisation; creates a sense of ambiguity and
Derailing and rail-roading; aims to shut down the target
Sabotage; the victim is belittled for their efforts and even accused of sabotaging the abusers attempts to protect from danger
Sacrifice;
Scapegoating; Blaming and shaming; creates feelings of guilt
Insecurity, anxiety and fear; false evidence appearing real
Doubt and uncertainty; creates feelings of powerlessness
Isolation; the perpetrator is able to obtain the full attention of the victim
Conditioning; timing and sequencing lead to conditioning
Gas lighting; false narratives, dashed with elements of truth and fact, leads the victim to be uncertain and doubt about their perceptions of the world.
Cognitive dissonance; inner discomfort experienced where conflicting beliefs (attitudes, values and principles) arise.
Playing people off against each other; the anti-vaxxer, refuseniks were blamed for the continued pandemic.
In relation to the corona virus/ covid pandemic a simple google search shows that;
the UK Government had downgraded the risk of infection to 'no significant consequence'.
That freedom of information demonstrates no virus had been isolated.
That Mr Boris Johnson announced in December 2020 the virus was now in the country and required special storage at -70 degrees
And so lockdowns, vaccines and all other actions by the Government were unnecessary and deliberate!
Strategies to support surviving from collective toxic trauma:
Accept that we all suffered the same
This creates the opportunity to create self help groups
Find a local stand in the park or other group who have joined forces and made strong connections
Seek out reliable sources of information - even the governments own website shows the facts, not just the NHS site
Judith Lewis Hermann, American psychiatrist provides grounding for 'Recovery from psychological trauma', her book provided valuable insights and Remembrance is one chapter that is worth reading.
Set boundaries; recall your values, principles, ethics and morals
Discrimination, judgement and prejudice are useful tools that lead to developing discernment.
Grief and loss - how many family's and friends broke down because of the conspired events of the past few years?
Forgiveness of the mistakes made - you deserve to forgive yourself and others, even the perpetrator as this releases you from the invisible energy cords that keep your trapped.
Learn your unalienable rights and the British Constitution - The Bill of Rights 1688 - your rights are there and nothing else is really necessary.
Lastly enjoy a good stretch - it will help with the flow of chi in your body, align you to your creator and help to release restrictions...
