Certificates & Professional Qualifications
Your Personal Professional Journey
Completing one or more of our courses is a gateway into your professional development.
Whether you are just beginning a new career or you are an experienced therapist expanding your existing menu of services, our online, multimedia educational programs provide not only knowledge but practical tools you can apply immediately.
As part of our commitment to professional standards and ongoing practitioner development, we offer two types of documents — each with its own purpose and value.

Certificate of Completion
A Certificate of Completion is available to students who finish a course and wish to receive formal recognition of their learning.
This certificate:
-
Confirms that you have fully completed the course material
-
Displays your name, the course title, and the date of issue
-
Can be used as evidence of learning, CPD (Continuing Professional Development), or personal development
-
Is suitable for adding to professional portfolios, CVs, or CPD records
Please note: A Certificate of Completion does not qualify you to practise professionally unless clearly stated. Its purpose is to acknowledge your achievement and support your continued learning journey.

Professional Diploma
A Professional Diploma is an advanced qualification awarded to students who have completed:
-
All course modules
-
All required coursework
-
Any listed prerequisites or case studies
A Professional Diploma is a practitioner-level qualification and may be used to:
-
Apply for indemnity or practitioner insurance
-
Begin practising as a holistic therapist (subject to local regulations)
-
Demonstrate professional competency
-
Strengthen your credibility with clients and employers
All Professional Diplomas are issued as secure PDF documents, personalised with your student details, and suitable for printing or digital storage.

Personalised Documents
Both Certificates and Diplomas are bespoke, personalised documents.
Your document will include:
-
Your name (as provided)
-
The course title
-
The date of issue
-
Any relevant qualification level
Because these documents are custom-made, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law.
However, any errors or omissions will be corrected free of charge.
How to Request Your Certificate or Diploma
To receive your certificate or diploma, simply:
-
Complete the course in full
-
Provide the required evidence of completion (e.g., Udemy Certificate, coursework, case studies)
-
Request your document
-
Pay the applicable fee via bank transfer or PayPal
Once payment is received, your document will be prepared and emailed to you as a secure PDF.
Why These Qualifications Matter
Professional therapy — especially holistic, wellness, and complementary therapies — requires trust, credibility, and a commitment to learning.
Certificates and Diplomas help you:
-
Demonstrate your skills
-
Access practitioner insurance
-
Build confidence when working with clients
-
Meet professional and ethical standards
Your qualification reflects your dedication, and we are proud to support your professional journey every step of the way.
Important Payment Information
Two payment options are available: bank transfer and PayPal.
Payment details are provided on your invoice; however, the following information is important:
1. Personalised Certificate/Diploma Notice
The certificate or diploma you have requested is a personalised item created specifically with your details. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised items are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period.
By making payment, you agree that work may begin immediately and that the order cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Any errors or omissions will be corrected free of charge.
2. PayPal Fees
If you choose to pay by PayPal, please note:
If a refund is issued for any reason, any fees or charges retained by PayPal or other payment processors are non-refundable to me as the seller and will therefore be deducted from the refund amount.
These third-party processing fees are the responsibility of the student.
