In short, the administration fee guarantees that your certificate is fully recognized, professionally presented, and ready for use in your career.

The Professional Diploma Qualification carries additional professional value: it is accepted by our membership and professional indemnity insurance partners, giving you the legitimacy, protection, and confidence to operate in a professional setting. By investing in this qualification, you’re not just validating your skills—you’re creating a pathway to professional practice that can generate tangible financial returns, with therapy sessions commonly valued at £60 per hour or more.

We offer flexible, secure payment options, including debit/credit card or PayPal, processed through the original payment method. Administration fees are non-refundable once applied, as they cover the bespoke processing and certification services. UK consumer law provides a 14-day cooling-off period for digital purchases; however, if you consent to immediate certificate delivery, the cooling-off period may be waived.
