This introductory course is a pre requirement to out Professional Indian Head Massage Qualification course.

1. Students will learn about the equipment they need to provide a short therapy session to a partner, friend or loved one.

2. The origins and development of this holistic and spiritual practice.

3. Basic anatomy and physiology.

4 Benefits and contra-indications of therapy.

5. Massage medium.

4. Demonstration recording of neck and scalp massage and learn some of the basic massage techniques to use in this treatment.

5. Students can practice along with the demonstration recordings on a partner or friend who has no medical or health problems.
