The course is online, multi-media with lifetime access.  The fee is collected through our payment service and the option to spread the fee in three instalments is available.  The fee is non-negotiable and none refundable due to the nature of the value product - the 14 day cooling period applies as such access to the first 2 segments are available and after this 14 day cooling access to all segments are available.
