Deposits
At the point of booking a non-refundable booking deposit of 50% of the treatment cost is taken which acts as confirmation of booking.
Cancellations
Customers wishing to cancel or alter a booking must notify Calm Oasis with Deborah at least 24 hours before an appointment.
Calm Oasis with Deborah operates a ‘24 Hour Cancellation Notice Charge’ and we ask that customers observe and respect the following:
1) Calm Oasis with Deborah reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of the booking deposit per person for any bookings changed or cancelled within 24 hours.
2) Customers who fail to turn up without prior notice shall incur a £10 per person ‘No Show’ fee in addition to the non-refundable deposit.
